Monday: Fitness Focus (7am - 9am)Start your week off right with a high-energy fitness session! From strength training to cardiovascular workouts, we'll help you build the physical endurance and stamina needed to dominate on the field.
Tuesday: Ball Work and Stamina Game (7am - 9am)It's time to sharpen those skills and refine your technique! Join us for intense ball work drills followed by a stamina-testing game that will push your limits and improve your on-field performance.
Wednesday: Passing Drills, Ball Work, and Stamina Game (3:30pm - 6pm)Midweek madness awaits with a comprehensive session focused on passing precision, ball control, and endurance-building exercises. Get ready to fine-tune your passing game and outshine the competition!
Thursday: Passing Drills, Tactical Analysis, and Stamina Game (7am - 9am)Prepare to take your game to the next level with tactical insights and strategic analysis. Our expert coaches will guide you through passing drills, while also delving into the finer points of game strategy. Plus, another stamina-boosting challenge awaits!
Friday: Tactical Drills and Training MatchFinish the week strong with tactical drills designed to enhance your game intelligence and decision-making skills. Then, put your training into action with a thrilling training match that will put your newfound knowledge to the test!
